Easy Appliance Consumer Awareness Guide

Do they sell appliances? or only focus on service?

If a repair company also sells appliances it is a conflict of interest. The technician is more motivated to sell you a new appliance then repair your old one. You might not get an honest assessment of your problem.

Do they follow a standardized and fair pricing guide?

Believe it or not some companies just make up their prices. Some technicians even are encouraged to price gouge. Its unfortunate but that is why at Easy Appliance we follow a National Pricing guide that follows industry standards. It is the best way to know you are getting a fair price for the job.

How long have they been in business?

Imagine calling a company to make a repair. You call them again 6 months later and they dont exist. You want to find a repair company that has been around at least 5 years. Easy Appliance has been in business for over 35 years.

Do they warranty the work? Both parts AND labor?

Things happen. What if you have another problem after the repair is complete. You want peace of mind that the job you just had done is Guaranteed in case their is a problem.

Is the company licensed and insured?

Unfortunately any company can build a website or put out an advertisement. A company should be licensed and insured for your protection. Easy Appliance is both licensed and has multiple insurances.
